About this role

About the Role We are looking for an experienced Change Manager to join our Project Management Office (PMO) and lead the people side of regional transformation initiatives across Southeast Asia and China. Working closely with project teams, business leaders, and HR, you will help ensure employees are prepared for change, drive stakeholder engagement, and support successful adoption of new systems, processes, and ways of working. The role will initially focus on transformation initiatives across HRIS, Procurement, and Accounts Payable. Key Responsibilities Lead the people side of regional transformation initiatives across Southeast Asia and China.
