The role ensures operational excellence, regulatory compliance, governance, employee experience, and stakeholder management across domestic and international locations. The incumbent will partner closely with HR, Finance, Legal, Secretarial, Payroll, Tax, and external service providers to administer employee benefit programs, manage global mobility processes, and oversee the end-to-end administration of ESOP plans.…
