About this role

We are seeking a Help Desk Representative to join our on-site IT team in Plymouth. In this role, you will provide technical advice, support, and troubleshooting assistance to users across all levels and departments of the organization. The work schedule is Friday & Saturday evenings from 7pm to 7am. This is a long-term contract position. You Will: Provide first level support for all systems and ensure appropriate escalation to specialist teams. Support users within a particular area and aim to maintain an environment that enables them to perform their own role efficiently. React to reported problems in a manner which keeps disruption to a minimum ensuring the user is kept up to date as to the status of any problems they have.…
