About this role

As a Plastipak Contract Recruiter, you are a brand ambassador, engaging with manufacturing talent pools to showcase all that Plastipak has to offer. You'll leverage your expertise as a Recruiter to attract qualified candidates and hire talented associates to Plastipak’s manufacturing sites. You Will Leverage a variety of tools, channels and mediums to proactively attract quality candidates for Production Technicians, Maintenance Technicians, Forklift Operators and other positions at manufacturing sites across the US. Screen candidates, swiftly advance great-fit candidates through the interview & selection process, successfully secure offers, and facilitate the pre-hire clearance requirements.…
