An active contributor in shaping the culture on their team and at their site. Plans and manages company projects and/or PLXS-ENG customer projects ensuring that they fall within budget and on schedule. Key Job Accountabilities: Quality Execution: Ensures technical success of programs by understanding customer needs, staffing programs with appropriate resourcing, and driving continuous improvement of tools and processes.
