Job Description: The Retirement Plan Services Manager (RPSM) leads the strategy, development, and ongoing support of HTK’s qualified and non-qualified retirement plan platform. This includes designing and executing strategic initiatives that enhance platform competitiveness, drive advisor adoption, and improve operational efficiency. This role serves as the firm’s subject matter expert (SME), providing product guidance, regulatory insight, and practical solutions to financial professionals in partnership with Compliance and Legal. The RPSM partners cross-functionally across Product, Operations, Sales Enablement, Supervision, and Marketing to advance HTK’s retirement plan capabilities and growth.…
