Job Summary In this role you will continuously evaluate and improve semiconductor manufacturing processes by ensuring that labor, equipment and processes are measured, controlled and operating at optimum capacity. Responsibilities & Duties: Engaged with the development, maintenance and communication of the capacity statement associated with the production plan and its future forecasts. Identify and communicate operational performance, highlighting operational achievements and shortcomings. Values how manufacturing capacity and operational variation relate to the operational execution of meeting production goals. Work with natural work groups consisting of operators, equipment and process engineers to improve throughput for critical operations and processes.…
