About this role
The opportunity We're currently looking for a Corporate Legal Counsel to join our Corporate Legal team. In this role, you will provide strategic legal advice and support across a broad range of corporate, governance, securities regulation, capital markets, finance, and transaction-related matters. You will play a key role in supporting Polestar's listed parent company and global corporate structure, helping ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while enabling the business to achieve its strategic objectives. As part of the Legal function, you will work closely with executive management, the Board of Directors, and stakeholders across Finance, Treasury, Accounting, Sustainability, Investor Relations, and Corporate Communications.…
