Job Description: The HR Generalist - Service Delivery is part of POLITICO North America's HR Business Partner team and reports to the Global HR Service Delivery (Operations) Manager. This role is designed for an HR operations professional who combines strong customer service, careful execution, and sound judgment to support more than 600 employees, managers, and business leaders. This role is a critical part of POLITICO's HR Business Partner model. By owning day-to-day employee lifecycle administration, resolving routine employee and manager needs, maintaining accurate HR data, and coordinating key processes, the HR Generalist gives HR Business Partners more time to advise leaders, support organizational priorities, and serve as strategic partners to the business.…
