About this role
You will be responsible for LingoAce’s recruitment process across all departments for Europe, starting with the French market. You will be responsible for publishing, searching, and interviewing potential candidates. You will consistently update the ATS with candidates and their details. You will strategize priorities with management and reach your KPIs. You will perform interviews and reviews of candidates with the hiring managers. You will solicit feedback and schedule interviews with hiring managers and senior team managers. You will perform administrative duties for new hires such as drafting offers, approvals and contracts.
