About this role

JOB SUMMARY This position operates machine tools such as lathes, milling machines, secondary equipment, and grinders, to machine metallic and nonmetallic workpieces by performing a variety of duties. 2nd Shift Hours : 4:30pm - 12:00am, M-F. Must be able to complete training during first shift hours. OFFERING A $ 2,500 SIGN ON BONUS FOR MACHINISTS AT OUR CAROL STREAM LOCATION! ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Verify conformance of work piece to specifications, using measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and go-no-go gauges. Ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
