Printpack Rigid is seeking a candidate to fill a Printing Technician position in our Newport News, VA Facility on the night shift. This position will report to the Print Manager, and his/her key responsibility is to operate the Print press safely and efficiently, in accordance with specifications and quality standards. Shift options available: 8-hour night shift, 11 pm- 7 am with the ability to train on day shift. $2.50 an hour shift differential when working from 7 pm to 11 pm. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Maintain machines in good working order by cleaning, lubricating, and adjusting. Examine printed copy for correct ink density, position on cups and registration. Set appropriate speeds, flows, colors, temperatures, and positions for printing. Examine and produce specific job orders.…
