Job Summary Designs and provides music therapy to address patient physical, emotional, cognitive, and social needs for individual and group sessions for both adult and pediatric population, inpatient and outpatient services. Develops and implements individualized music therapy treatment programs based on patient populations and level of functioning. Participates in student learning and provides opportunities for students to observe and participate in music therapy activities. Provides a structured use of music or musical activities to influence changes in maladaptive conditions of behavior patterns thereby assisting children achieve therapeutic goals.…
