Interfaces with all departments in order to solve problems in the absence of Administration or appropriate management. Essential Functions All team members are expected to be knowledgeable and compliant with Prisma Health's purpose: Inspire health. Serve with compassion. Be the difference. Makes rounds on all units to support nursing and help problem solve by coaching and mentoring Charge Nurses and staff RN's. Obtains report from the Charge Nurse on each unit regarding the following: staffing, hospital falls, AMA's, patient complaints, problems, etc. Coach and mentor Charge Nurses to help proactively solve problems.…
