Job Summary The RN-Home Infusion Clinical Liaison serves as the clinical liaison between referral sources, the home infusion pharmacy, and the interdisciplinary care team to support timely initiation of home infusion therapy. Provides clinical screening, coordination of services, and patient and caregiver education to ensure safe and effective infusion care in the home setting. Supports business development by building strong relationships with referral partners and promoting appropriate use of home infusion services.
