Job Summary Responsible for demonstrating and/or teaching technical aspects of operating the simulators and related equipment to center staff, faculty members, and others when appropriate. Responsible for assisting program development, performance management, knowledge management, and practice management with fellow RN educators from various departments and collaboratively with other PH employees. Demonstrates experience and expertise in various areas of clinical nursing and implements the role based on the needs of the patient, the nursing staff and the health care delivery system. Works with education and Simulation Center leadership to improve the delivery of patient care through the education functions.…
