Are you a GP looking for meaningful, flexible clinical work — fully remote, without the commute? Proactive Care is seeking an experienced General Practitioner for a fully remote telehealth position, delivering structured chronic disease management for veterans and patients with complex, multi-system health needs. This is a dedicated telehealth role with no in-clinic attendance required, and it's a long way from ten-minute, script-and-certificate telehealth. You'll run structured consultations for patients you follow over time, as part of an integrated Chronic Care Team, working alongside allied health professionals and specialists to keep complex patients on coordinated, evidence-based care plans.…
