About this role

Finance & Operations Manager Full-time | Reporting to the Founders Our client is a Mauritius-based proprietary trading firm active in the Indian derivatives market and currently transitioning to a licensed fund management structure. As a first dedicated operations hire, you will play a key role in managing the firm's operational, financial and regulatory functions while working closely with the founders. This role offers significant responsibility from day one and has the potential to evolve into a future CFO position.
