Our client, a life science organisation, located in the south of the island is looking for an IT Operations Manager. List of duties 1. Operational Excellence & Run Management Ensure high availability and reliability of all IT infrastructure and network systems. Own incident management, root cause analysis, and post-incident review processes. Define, monitor, and report on operational KPIs and service performance metrics. Maintain up-to-date documentation, policies, and infrastructure governance artefacts. Drive standardisation of operational procedures across the technical team. 2. Infrastructure & Cloud Administration Oversee Microsoft ecosystem: Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365. Manage and evolve Azure cloud environment (hybrid infrastructure).…
