About this role

We are hiring a Senior Engineering Manager to lead the strategy and execution of our Agent Studio platform for enterprise customers. Agent Studio enables customers to design and deploy custom AI agents using our company’s actions and tools, with a secure, governed, and highly reliable runtime environment. This role combines strong people leadership, platform engineering depth, and enterprise product execution. You will lead multiple teams/tech leads, drive cross-org alignment, and ensure Agent Studio meets enterprise expectations for security, compliance, scalability, and operational excellence. This position reports into the Sr Director of Procore AI Engineering team and is a 2 days per week hybrid role in our Austin office. We’re looking for someone to join us immediately.…
