About this role

Bouw aan ons CRM- en e-mailprogramma en maak grote impact op de klantreis! Bij Proforto weten we precies hoe we klanten binnenhalen. Onze webshops in werkkleding, werkschoenen en PBM's draaien op volle toeren in Nederland, België en Duitsland. Maar wat er ná die eerste bestelling gebeurt: daar ligt een van onze grote kansen. Onze e-mailkalender staat. Onze flows draaien. Maar we kunnen nóg scherper sturen op klantwaarde. Segmentatie kan scherper, lifecycle-programma's kunnen geoptimaliseerd worden, en ons loyaliteitsprogramma verdient een volgende stap in strategie. Daarom zoeken we jou.
