About this role

Kurzbeschreibung Als Account Executive (m/w/d) für Bestandskundenbetreuung verantwortest du die strategische Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung bestehender Kundenbeziehungen. Du begleitest Kunden beim Onboarding und der Nutzung unserer Softwarelösungen, analysierst deren Anforderungen und identifizierst Optimierungs- sowie Wachstumspotenziale. Durch eine enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Teams stellst du eine hohe Kundenzufriedenheit, langfristige Kundenbindung und den nachhaltigen Erfolg unserer Kunden sicher. Deine Aufgaben Du stellst eine hohe Kundenzufriedenheit sicher und stärkst langfristige Kundenbeziehungen.
