Contracts Negotiator II

Reporting to the Manager of Procurement , the Senior Contract Specialist will review and process vendor contracts in accordance with PROS’s contracting standards. Whether redlining supplier paper or starting from PROS agreement, you will ensure the right terms are in place for each purchase given business needs and risk . This role partners with all PROS departments through the entire contracting process, including requirements planning, Request for Quote (RFQ) process, negotiating and management of routine to complex purchases . This role will be required to follow all company policies and procedures and maintain compliant procurement folders, spend analytics and other relevant metrics.
