About Automotive Industry Job Duration: 12 Months Role & Responsibilities: • Manage all facility requests related to upkeep and maintenance of Pittsburgh Facility, including tasks such as space planning from office manager/engineering team. • Facilitate space changes including workstation design and set up, moves, redesign, and new construction. • Central point contact/liaison to Landlord; i.e., obtains Landlord approval of new construction; coordinate, inspect, and approval of landlord, responsible maintenance/repair items, etc. • Central point of contact for future construction at site • Central point contact for all facility related infrastructure; i.e. phone, IT, security, fire, etc.…
