About McEasy, a transportation management solution to simplify complex logistics operations. Menangani dan menganalisis permasalahan perangkat hardware dan GPS yang dilaporkan melalui Customer Service Channel. Melakukan diagnosa jarak jauh (remote troubleshooting) menggunakan tools internal untuk mengidentifikasi kerusakan atau ketidaksesuaian sistem. Berkomunikasi langsung dengan pelanggan untuk mengumpulkan informasi teknis, serta memberikan update dan solusi atas permasalahan yang terjadi. Bekerja sama dengan Customer Service Tier 1 dan tim Engineering untuk memastikan penyelesaian masalah yang efektif dan tepat waktu.
