Deine Mission Als Store Manager Assistant (m/w/d) unterstützt du die/den Store Manager:in maßgeblich beim erfolgreichen Aufbau sowie im operativen Tagesgeschäft unseres neuen PURELEI Stores in Mannheim , den wir im Sommer eröffnen werden. Du trägst aktiv zum wirtschaftlichen Erfolg sowie zur positiven Team- und Storekultur bei, übernimmst Verantwortung für definierte Bereiche und steuerst den Store in Abwesenheit des oder der Store Manager:in eigenständig. Dabei sorgst du dafür, dass unsere Kund:innen ein rundum positives PURELEI Einkaufserlebnis erleben.
