About this role
We are seeking a highly skilled Automation Systems Specialist to implement and deploy a centralized recruiting infrastructure from the ground up. The primary objective of this project is to integrate our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with GoHighLevel (GHL) via Zapier to create a high-performance, automated candidate pipeline. While the strategic process mapping and communication assets (messaging sequences) are complete, we require a technical expert to execute the systems architecture, ensuring smooth data flow from initial application to interview fruition.
