Job Description & Summary This is what you will do You'll join the team working on value creation projects within our Delivering Deal Value team, where Finance and Operations meet. We advise buyers and sellers on one central question: what is the financial impact of operational and organisational change during a transaction? Our work is predominantly pre-deal and covers carve-out assessments, operational due diligence, synergy assessments and business plan reviews - the analyses that shape the investment decision. As an Associate you form the analytical engine of these engagements. Working closely with your Manager, you research the target and its market, dig into operational and financial data, and build the analyses that put a number on what the team finds.…
