Je onderzoekt hoe hun processen werkelijk werken, brengt een nog onduidelijk probleem terug tot iets dat je kunt bouwen en vertaalt feedback uit de praktijk direct naar werkende software. Je schrijft productiecode, bouwt integraties en brengt oplossingen naar productie. Je wacht niet tot alle requirements zijn uitgewerkt, maar stelt vragen, maakt aannames expliciet en bouwt snel een eerste versie om met gebruikers te toetsen wat daadwerkelijk werkt.…
