Job Description & Summary The transaction market is becoming increasingly complex - buyers and sellers need to quickly and efficiently understand the main business drivers and key areas of opportunity to unlock deal value. In response, we are growing our team to offer new transaction-related services to clients.The Delivering Deal Value Team works closely with other PwC teams, including Strategy, Financial Due Diligence, Regulatory, Legal, and Tax.
