Job Description & Summary En PwC Tax & Legal Services estamos buscando incorporar a un Associate en el equipo de procesal de nuestra oficina de Madrid. Necesitamos un abogado con una experiencia de 1–2 años, adquirida en despacho de abogados o firma de servicios profesionales equivalente, especializado en el asesoramiento, gestión y tramitación de procedimientos judiciales, como mínimo en las jurisdicciones civil y penal. Funciones : - Gestión de cartera de pleitos - Revisión y redacción de demandas, contestaciones, apelaciones y oposiciones a apelaciones, así como cualquier otro escrito. - Defensa letrada en los procedimientos (Audiencias Previas y Juicios). - Control de vencimientos y señalamientos. - Seguimiento del procedimiento, hasta la fase de ejecución.…
