ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Other duties may be assigned. Jump into the heart of construction procurement by helping build Commercial Packages: develop pricing solicitations, perform takeoffs, track budgets and schedules, and keep project teams moving with well-organized documentation and vendor coordination. Take ownership of project records by preparing and managing bids, purchase orders, change orders, compliance forms, and progress reports—your attention to detail will keep projects on track and transparent. Work side-by-side with experienced leaders, including Senior Project Managers, Project Managers, and Directors supporting Commercial Package coordination across design, preconstruction, procurement, construction, materials, and commissioning.…
