About this role
Our client URGENTLY requires a Building Certifier for an 11 months+ Contract on the Capricorn Coast, Queensland. The Building Certifier will provide assessment and approval of building development applications, predominantly focusing on Class 1a and 10a structures. Operating strictly within the scope of a QBCC Level 3 Building Certifier licence (as a minimum) , the successful candidate will deliver building certification services in accordance with Queensland legislation, council policies, and the National Construction Code. The role is purely assessment-focused; therefore, it can be conducted 100% remotely. Candidates are responsible for addressing Customer Requests (CRs) when technical building advice is required but will not be required to conduct physical on-site stage inspections.…
