About this role

Als Legal Counsel (m/f/d) mit Schwerpunkt im Bereich Corporate und M&A unterstützt du unser Legal Department in sämtlichen rechtlichen Fragestellungen mit Fokus auf gesellschaftsrechtliche Themen, Transaktionen sowie komplexe Vertragsstrukturen. Du arbeitest eng mit dem Management zusammen und fungierst als Schnittstelle zwischen Legal, Finance und Corporate Development. In deiner Rolle trägst du maßgeblich dazu bei, rechtliche Risiken in wachstumsrelevanten Themen frühzeitig zu erkennen und effiziente, skalierbare Strukturen für ein international agierendes Unternehmen zu schaffen. Darüber hinaus unterstützt du unser Unternehmen dabei, vertragliche Risiken zu minimieren und die Einhaltung von Vorschriften zu gewährleisten.…
