About this role

Als Specialist für Preisrecht / Öffentliche Aufträge wirst du eine bedeutende Schlüsselfunktion unseres Finance-Teams sein. Dein Ziel wird die Sicherstellung der ordnungsgemäßen und wirtschaftlichen Preisbildung bei öffentlichen Aufträgen (insbesondere Bundeswehr) gemäß VO PR 30/53 sowie Unterstützung von Vertrieb und Management bei Angebotskalkulation, Preisverhandlungen und Preisprüfungen. Deine wichtigste Schnittstellen sind im Vertrieb / Business Development, Controlling / Finance, Projektmanagement, ggf. Legal / Compliance und externe Prüfer und öffentliche Auftraggeber.
