Role Overview We are seeking a proactive and organised Administrative Assistant to provide day-to-day administrative support to a busy commercial team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience supporting bid and tender activities , document control and the preparation of proposal documentation in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Provide general administrative and clerical support. Assist with the preparation, formatting and submission of bid and tender documents. Support the coordination of RFPs, RFQs and other commercial proposals. Maintain accurate records, filing systems and document registers.
