About this role

Technical Support Engineer | First Line Support | Helpdesk Support | Second Line Support I'm recruiting for a Technical Support Engineer with strong 1st line capabilities to work for a client who are located in Abingdon, Oxfordshire. The role is 4 days a week at home and 1 day in the office which is an excellent offer for work-life-balance. The role would suit someone who comes from a strong Helpdesk/ServiceDesk background working in a 1st/2nd Line Support capacity acting as the first point of call for all queries and tickets to external customers. Using technical knowledge and troubleshooting you will either solve the ticket or escalate it to the next level of support. The company work in an ITIL environment so any experience working to these standards would be advantageous.…
