Facilitates ongoing improvement in overall employee communication, benefits, and employee relations issues. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Research and oversee the placement of employment ads, generating the recruiting ad, and determining best practices for proactively sourcing candidates based on company needs. Assist recruiting with contacting, interviewing, and screening candidates for critical positions.
