This role is accountable for translating approved instructional designs, storyboards, and learning blueprints into finished, high-quality training content — eLearning modules, video, job aids, facilitator guides, assessments, and other learning materials that reach RaceTrac's frontline retail workforce. Where the Instructional Designer determines what learning needs to happen and why, the Content Developer determines how it gets built — making decisions about visual design, interactivity, pacing, multimedia production, and technical execution that bring the instructional vision to life.…
