About this role
A s a Rackspace Network Security Engineer II, you’l l be a key element within our support infrastructure team and expected to provide a high leve l of technical support to our customers. You’l l own complex customer issues and keep our customers updated through every step of the process. You’l l be supporting many elements of the RackspaceClou d product portfolio.
