About this role

Shake up your day-to-day by joining our team as a Mental Health Practitioner Float! Are you a practitioner who likes variety? Are you comfortable moving from program to program? The Float Practitioner will work in various programs and provide support, rehabilitation, and treatment to individuals served. The IRTS Mental Health Practitioner Float provides professional, quality program services to the clients served by Community Foundations IRTS, Carlson Drake House IRTS, ReEntry House IRTS and ReEntry Crisis. The person in this position works with other members of the team to assist clients in obtaining and maintaining an optimum quality of life consistent with client needs and preferences. The work uses evidence-based practices adapted for the agency and the client's specific needs.…
