About this role

Job Description This is an on site, in office role in Kalamazoo, MI. Overview The Systems Administrator will be a key member of the IT Infrastructure team, responsible for maintaining and supporting our hybrid cloud environment. This role focuses on the health, security, and performance of our on-premises Hyper-V cluster and Azure cloud resources. This individual will play a vital role in managing identity through Entra ID and supporting mission-critical hospitality systems across multiple sites. What You’ll Be Doing May include, but not limited to: Virtualization & Server Management Maintain and support a high-availability Hyper-V cluster environment. Monitor server health and performance for approximately 35 servers, including mission-critical on-premises workloads and phone systems.…
