Job Description: Department Overview Rakuten's Auto Business was established in May 2019 amid a once-in-a-century transformation in the automotive industry, driven by trends such as MaaS and connected cars. The Auto Business Department operates the Rakuten Car platform, which covers the entire vehicle lifecycle, and boasts the top market share in the vehicle inspection service industry. To meet users’ diverse automotive needs - including used car sales, new car test drive reservations, vehicle buybacks, tire replacements, vehicle inspections, car washes, and maintenance - we continue to expand our business (by increasing our client base and service offerings) with the goal of improving service quality every day.…
