Vil du stå i spidsen for et stærkt fagligt miljø inden for bygningsforurening, jord- og grundvandsforurening og sætte retningen for et team med høj trivsel, faglighed og kvalitet i projektarbejdet? Hos Rambøll søger vi en teamleder, der vil kombinere personaleledelse med udvikling af vores faglighed, projektledelse og kunder. Som teamleder bliver du nærmeste leder for 15-20 medarbejdere ansat på vores kontor i Aarhus og Aalborg. Din daglige arbejdsplads vil primært være på kontoret i Aarhus og 1-2 dage om ugen i Aalborg – og du bliver ansvarlig for at udvikle både mennesker, projekter og forretning.…
