About this role

Dein Verantwortungsbereich Du unterstützt unser Finance- & Controlling-Team im operativen Tagesgeschäft, insbesondere im Auftragsmanagement und bei der Vorbereitung des monatlichen Invoicing-Meetings. Du arbeitest an der Einführung und Weiterentwicklung digitaler Tools mit, z. B. im Reise-, Vertrags- oder Expense-Management, und unterstützt bei Tests sowie der Erstellung von Schulungsunterlagen. Du wirkst bei der Erstellung von Abweichungsanalysen, Management-Reportings und der Weiterentwicklung unserer Power-BI-Dashboards mit. Du dokumentierst zentrale Finance-Prozesse in Confluence und hilfst dabei, diese transparent, effizient und aktuell zu halten. Du bringst eigene Ideen ein und unterstützt uns dabei, Prozesse im Finance- und Controlling-Umfeld weiter zu verbessern.…
