Our client who are an award winning consultancy require an additional Senior Building Surveyor for their Manchester office due to an increase in workload. Brief : To carry out legal compliance surveys, project work from inception through to completion including concept design work, detailed design work, pre and post contract duties, contract administration, stock condition surveys, defect diagnosis and specifying of repair works. To be responsible for fee billing of projects worked on, and to ensure fee invoices are submitted in a timely fashion. Ensure payments of aged debts. Assisting the financial team. To undertake any type of professional work including building inspections, dilapidations surveys and negotiations, party wall matters etc.…
