Job Description Summary Job Description This position will follow our hybrid work model; we expect the selected candidate to work 2-3 days a week at our corporate office in Saint Petersburg, FL. The Learning and Development (L&D) team within Human Resources seeks to deliver high-quality learning and development programs across the firm. Working in a highly collaborative environment, the Manager will be responsible for designing, implementing and evaluating learning and leadership development programs.
