Job Description What is the opportunity? The primary purpose for this position is to perform daily oversight on complex processes, provide analysis, and customer service support for exception-based complex and/or highly specialized Incumbent will research, resolve, or secure requested information for other Operation’s areas, RBC Business Units, external customers or industry participants.
