As an Early Stage Agent you will be responsible to contact and determine the best course of action on all products assigned in Retail Collections low risk based stage delinquency buckets, which covers all Loans, Credit cards & Mortgages. You would be responsible to cure the accounts using best judgment, balancing the most efficient and effective method of collecting the account arrears, meeting KPIs and Business objectives and maintaining a positive client experience.…
