Job Description What is the opportunity? As a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) for the Career Sales Force, you will provide strategic advice and counsel to the Senior Leadership team on all aspects of human resources (HR) including talent and workforce management, leadership development, employee engagement, performance management, rewards and recognition, employee relations, diversity, organizational design and change management. Reporting to the Senior HRBP for National Career Sales Force business, you will not only be a key contributor to the Regional Banking HR Team but also a key advisor to CSF’s Senior Management Team leading national priorities and, ultimately, supporting the business goals of Career Sales Force.…
